I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed holistic counsellor devoted to supporting individuals and couples in their mental, emotional, and relational wellbeing.
My approach is client-centred, embodied, and relational, informed by both professional training and lived experience. I work from a non-judgmental place of presence and attunement, supporting each person’s unique needs, values, and pace.
