I’m Naomi Gibb, a compassionate and trauma-informed holistic counsellor devoted to supporting individuals and couples in their mental, emotional, and relational well-being.

My approach is rooted in compassion, presence, and deep respect for the human experience. I have spent nearly two decades facilitating transformational spaces through teaching Tantra, Yoga, Authentic Relating, and relational workshops internationally. I also have more than eight years of experience coaching clients in love, intimacy, and relationships. This path of lived experience, spiritual practice, and professional development shapes the grounded and holistic way I work today.

I specialize in supporting clients through relationship and intimacy challenges, significant life transitions, emotional overwhelm, grief, trauma, and spiritual uncertainty.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to creating a non-judgmental space where every part of you is welcome: the tender, the strong, and the messy.

I believe healing unfolds when you feel safe, seen, understood, and accepted to be yourself.

My intention is to support you in cultivating self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment so you can create meaningful change and build relationships, and a life, that feels aligned, connected, and authentic.

My Approach

My counselling approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centred. I believe wellbeing unfolds through an integrated approach that includes the body, mind, and nervous system. I weave together lived experience, evidence based therapies, and holistic modalities to support your emotional and relational wellbeing.

Sessions are collaborative, intuitive, and attuned to what is most present and alive for you. I draw from a range of modalities, including:
