I’m Naomi, a compassionate and trauma-informed holistic counsellor dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward mental, emotional, and relational well-being. With a wealth of experience guiding individuals and couples, I specialize in helping clients navigate mental health, relationships, and sexuality through a client-centred, empathetic approach.

My work is informed by various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Somatic Therapy, The Gottman Method, Parts Work, Therapeutic Rituals and Mindfulness. With over 7 years of coaching experience in love, intimacy, and relationships, and 19 years of facilitating Yoga, Tantra, and Authentic Relating workshops, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my counselling practice. My continuous professional development and diverse background allow me to offer a holistic and integrative approach tailored to your unique needs.
