Our counselling approach is grounded in the belief that each person is inherently whole and possesses the inner wisdom necessary for healing and growth. We provide a compassionate, holistic and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in depth.

The counselling process begins with a collaborative assessment of your unique needs, goals, and challenges. We  then tailor our therapeutic approach to support your journey, using a client-centred focus and integrating various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based techniques such as CBT, Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, Therapeutic Rituals and Mindfulness.

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work, as we recognize that the connection between counsellor and client is a vital foundation for effective therapy.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

50 min session – $130 + GST
80 min session – $195 + GST

Sliding Scale

There are limited 50 min sessions available on a sliding scale from $80 – $100, based on what you can afford.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made via E-transfer or Cash, and must be paid in full before the start of the session.
