My counselling approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centred. I believe well-being unfolds when the body, mind, and nervous system are included in the healing process. INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING INVESTMENT

Special discount – Until the end of February, 2026 i am offering 55min counselling sessions for only $90, and 85 min sessions for only $135! 

Normal rate

55 minute session – $120 + GST
85 minute session – $180 + GST

Low Cost Counselling (limited availability)

If you have financial constraints, i’m currently offering  a couple of 55 minute sessions on a sliding scale rate of $70–$90, depending on what you can afford.
